If you have any earnings that were never paid out by quickbuck.com you really should think about requesting a statement of withheld earnings from them. Come tax time next year, your CPA or tax preparer might need that. You don't want to get stuck paying taxes on monies never received.
The same would hold true on any affiliate program that didn't pay. Don't be surprised next year if you get a 1099 with the unpaid earnings included on it. I had that happen this year myself with a small private network that reported way more than they actually paid me.
