Google is strict. I suggest you don't appeal for them all at once. Appeal for one and when you got it working, wait for a month and appeal again.

This is because of your mail problem. Google has upgraded its risk control this month.

It happens when you use the same name on all your accounts. When 1 is unpaid, new accounts will get suspended for having an unpaid balance.

Ladies & gentlemen, please understand 1 thing clearly. If you appeal a suspended account (no matter what the suspension reason shows as) and it gets reactivated, but then suspended again, you can STILL AGAIN appeal the suspension (no matter what the suspension reason shows as) and you can reappeal any subsequent suspension (no matter what the suspension reason shows as), UNTIL an appeal reply comes "suspension is final blabla, sorry we will not be reactivating blabla ...". AFTER such a reply, then reappealing is of no use, but until then one can reappeal any account suspension or any subsequent account suspension of the same account (no matter what the suspension reason shows as).
