Unnatural links penalty. pleas help

i recieved "Unnatural links penalty" from google on Apr 4. i removed the "link scheme" code from site, but not mentioned in reconsideration request. the result was not in my Favor... FAILED

after the first refusal, i recheck again all of my site and just want to see your suggestion before applying for reconsideration. here is my url..

How do you know you got an "unnatural links penalty"?

Having the images of the girls next to adsense blocks like that it against Adsense TOS, so i would be worried about that. They send you an email via webmaster tools telling you about the unnatural links thing.

in webmaster tools, google sent the massage regarding violation.

un-natural links means , as i mentioned above that i was using auto link type script on my home page that was the issue and i remove it but not mentioned in first request that was refused. adsense placement is another issue that is not reported yet, but thanks for your kind reply, i will take of that rite now.

i want to know that is there any Webmaster Guide lines violations on my home page/sub-pages.

In the case of a violation of adsense TOS, you would have received a mail from GOOGLE ADSENSE TEAM.

Just focus on the things they wanted you to fix and make a request for reconsideration. However, take time to correct any adsense issues in case the adsense dept looks into that.

You dont need to mention any adsense-related issue. Let sleeping dogs lie.
