I created new X account and got this when I commented
when this disappear? is it related to time or activity
means will it disappear after x days or after x activity

It’s related to both time and activity.
For new X accounts, this restriction is temporary and usually depends on account behavior rather than a fixed number of days. The more you engage naturally, the faster it typically disappears.
If you confirm the message, it will disappear temporarily. However, if the account has not been online for a long time, the message will appear again.

That sounds like a classic X shadowban or platform restriction, and it honestly usually goes away after a few days of normal, non-spammy activity
