How do I get rid of it? My tweets don't appear in search and it's been like that for 4 days now.

Never seen that before, but I will make it as Sherlock Holmes but seems that you are shadown ban, so you're account got flagged and maybe is under review for suspicious activity, you just need to wait usually that is removed after one week, if still the same maybe twitter wants you to get the thick.

It seems like Twitter noticed some bot like activities on your account. I advise you to suspend any suspicious activities and slow down until the review is complete.
