Nobody is going to share the method. If somebody has a working method or workaround then they will not share it for fear of it getting patched. Experiment and test.

No! All these channels are on the first page were created by a maximum one month ago and have a maximum of 1000 subscribers

Suggested videos. Not of all channel get this. Only hight auth channel and good contents can do this.

3 Ranking factores that matter on 2015, 2016.
1. Right amount of views, likes, comments
2. Channel Authority (number of videos on channel, age, subs etc.)
3. Not gonna reveal it now but it's not too hard to find out.
