Does the method still work?

I know even if you do the method it still has a chance not to work.
But I was wondering if anyone recently had luck with it or if it was patched
with youtubes new update they did last month.

I have read it has been patched, plus the method seemed to be hit and miss in the first place. After testing the method quite a lot, I would not say it is worth the bother.
 
This method is dead now. It's time to move on. And let's invest in churn burn sites.

Whats exactly not working for you? I've ranked a video in super competitive niche yesterday. For me its still the same, works as before. The problem is video gets deranked within a day or two

I am sure there are still loopholes, but as far as I know, this method has been patched.
 
Have to disagree with the majority here. Tried it just last week and works great. Yes, the video does get knocked down a few places over the next few days, but my video is still page one for a competitive term. What I did was send 1000 HR views, a few likes and subs while unlisted, then made the video public. Video went straight to #3 and is now mid-page having done nothing extra to it. Of course, I cant guarantee the same will happen every time but from what I've seen it's definitely worth a shot. Cheers!
 
I believe it's random, I had a video on Page 1 and Page 4. Strange indeed !
