So I've had this PayPal for over a year now (fake info but 100% verified with VBA, prepaid card, etc)
I order something on ebay for $10 from China and an hour later... I'm limited.
They're asking for:
Photo ID
Proof of address
SSN
Shipment info
Invoice
Does anyone have experience with SEing PayPal? I know being able to photoshop those things, but what about the SSN?
