Hello. I live in Turkey and i am able to change my IP in 20 seconds. My ISP provides dynamic IPs. After i saw very interesting twitter thingie here : http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/393460-guy-got-ranked-3-google-48-hours-twitter-possible.html I decided to make my own twitter network manually 
Now my question is if i take twitter accounts from different IPs - always clearing my all history and follow each other and post same tweets links - can Twitter ban my accounts ?
Do they make logical assumptions or taking actions only via solid proofs like
proxy used or not - used same IP - cookies.
