unlimited international texts in Philippines?

Hi - i know this forum has people from all over the world so i am hoping someone from the Philippines (or someone who simply knows) will be able to help me.
Is there any sim providers there which offer unlimited international texts (pref. to the UK) or offers it at a considerably low price.
and before anyone asks i'm not interested in a "rev share".
