I have unlimited advertising power on Instagram. In which sectors can I earn more money using these accounts?

Not sure what you mean by unlimited as you'll gonna burn that $800 pretty quickly no matter what you try to advertise.

I mean, I have hundreds of these accounts.

Then the best bet would be to sell them.

You'll get more money selling these accounts than trying to advertise your own products.

Get 100 posts here and you are allowed to sell once you get the JR.VIP tag.

Like other said you can make money selling these accounts for a starter. Then I would try CPA, infoproducts, affiliate first. Then move to my own more complex products

It is probably "unlimited" for him (not really), because it is not his money. Someone else's account or card. Very viable business model, not:)

This method is called charge back. You're probably talking as if you know something about something you don't know about, but you don't.
 
Promote your own products or sell these accounts, thats the best way right now for your case.
 
You can try the Joint venture section. Your Ad power and another person's product. Give it a try with an account and see how it goes, while you wait till you hit 100 posts.
