It's long time, but I see people in this thread don't have any idea what they are talking about and why you need iCloud (to bypass Appstore API)
-make own accs on mac
-try with vmware (a lot of issues)
-buy accs and careful, immediately change passwords because someone can brick your iPhone

Have you found the solution yet? cause i have the same problem
Apple is really strict about multiple accounts. Most people hit limits because of device or IP tracking. There’s no foolproof way to create unlimited IDs trying to bypass it risks getting all accounts blocked. The safest approach is sticking to a few legitimate accounts.
