Unlimited High PR Backlinks

I posted this earlier but did not get any response so here goes again on a slightly different tack.

Link Farm Evolution used to be great for getting backlinks on virtually unlimited guest blog page posting, but had drawbacks.

1. Low PR Domains ( Mostly zero & some even de-indexed )
2. Limited numbers of Domains
3. Slow decaptcher
4. Fussy to implement ( you got to write the blog article yourself )
5. No guarantee of shelf life ( can be wiped out by blog owner )
6. No backtracking of posts over time

Does anyone know of a service that offers Guest Blog Posts on Domains that are :-

1. Not De-indexed
2. PR 3 and above
3. Easy to implement ( Articles written for you )
4. Guaranteed shelf life ( not wiped out by blog owner )
5. Backtrack reporting

It would be nice to just select a category, enter my URL(s) and press "GO"
