facebook blocking my account for seven days. There is some software to send unlimited friend requests? or some trick. thanks.

Unlimited? No.
You can try to gain more friends as possible by using different methods (for example add every day 10 person, than post on pages/group)

import contacts from email contains big number of contacts or u can use software called facebook blaster but with it u can't add more than 150 friends and ur account should have 40 friends at first then u can add 150-180 friends every day

Facebook is so strict these days any use of such software will result in banning of your account

My account was disabled because i was trying to import 6000 emails...Is there any safe method to add friend's on facebook without risking ban?

I suggest you work "LIKE PAGES" ...

The best way is to be part of a "Free Trade Community" ...

This way, you & the members can trade "Rich Content" ...

It's good for seo, building credibility to your viewers & build relationships without getting banned.
