I recently created a new display network campaign at adwords. I've done this often for several countries and with this specific campaign i get traffic from unknown sources.
You can get this information by first selecting a campaign, then use the pulldown menu "segment" and choose device.
Now you see Computers/ Mobile devices / tablets / other
When i clicked the information icon, to read what "other" can be, i rad that it can be traffic from feature phones or devices which ain't computers/mobiles/tablets *duh*
People of google helpdesk also don't know what it can be, they say feature phones. But i don't believe that because the campaign is focussed on Netherlands and around 95% of the people in
Netherlands has a smartphone and my currently daily traffic is for 98% coming from the source "other" and not computers/tablets/smartphones.
Also the CTR from the source "other" is extremly high, around 10% compared with device "computers" which is 1,5%
Anybody here who can tell me more where this traffic is coming from and what i can do to block this traffic?
