Unknown Backlinks

I didn't create any of these backlinks and the Websites are unavailable.
Should I disavow them now?

It doesn't look like your image loaded up. But any links that are picked up from websites that are down - bad vibes. Be careful when using the disavow function, as sometimes it can do more harm than good.

I should expand by saying that generally, Penguin is pretty good at picking up weird and unnatural links, and those supposedly just wont get weighted towards your profile.
