Unity ads. Play Store Question

Question.
Unity check if the app that is in the play store or do a manual review before activating the ads?

unity are not checking/review your app like facebook does , even you doesnt publish your app on play store the ads still appear and count
 
It's either Google store or IOS, Reviews are not made by unity as far as i know.
