Unique Website Symbol When Your Site Is Shared On Facebook

Hey,

I am writing to ask how you can create a symbol that is posted with your URL when it is shared on fb.

The best example I can think of is when google is shared, the google symbol appears above the URL.

Does anyone know how this can be done?

i think you mean favicon? try searching for it, its the small image along the url on a browser...

I'm not sure you can pick it, Facebook automatically loading images fro your page and it's up to user to chose which (if there is more of them). You can only do it if you have only one image on the page.

All this if you're talking about thumbnail on shares nad only image I see when I share google is that leftsided thumb
