Unique service, what is it called? READ ME!

I have a website, im getting message to my inbox / spam of email.
A guy promoting his service, to send millions of messages for contact forums over many millions of websites.

Im not sure what is the service called? Becouse i would like to invesigate further.
Im not going to share his details, etc, so don't ask im just curious what this service is called and if there is someone on here on bhw selling it?

It's called contact form spam if you're the one receiving it, or bulk contact form submission if you're the one running it.
You can do it with scrapebox.

It´s called Contact Form Spam and you can use a software called GSA Website Contact as an example, loading it up with lists of websites to spam. There is a lot of information in this forum about it.

I personally really don`t know anymore about contact form spam than already written in the forum though.
