I'm going to be making an IG account for my business partner and planning to run his account through follow liker and through a dedicated proxy just like my own accounts. The only question I have is that I'll be running the account and the one posting content through my cell phone but I also need him to log in through his phone to answer any comments or questions (he's a trainer.) Is that just a recipe to get banned?

logging in on more than one IP is not a good idea especially if they are located far apart.

If he created his IG account on his phone and I ran it through a proxy I'mm assuming that would be much safer , right?

depends if the proxy is in the same location then it can be ok

for example if the phone is in miami and the proxy is los angeles and he logs in on his phone IG will think he instantly traveled that far and that will raise a red flag

if you are running his account in the same city as when he logs in on his phone then its better not too use a proxy at all so that the location is where the pphone is.

I currently run one of my static accounts (and my personal account) both on one proxy using mass planner and on my phone, so far just needed to confirm it was me logging in and they were happy. My proxy is located about a state away so I don't know if you live say in the UK and your friend is in the US and your proxy is in russia how well that will go.

You can use followliker on a desktop and Instagram on a mobile. Make sure you aren't doing this at the same time, and make sure wherever your virtual location is relatively in the same area that you're using on mobile.

Or you can just use 4G/LTE instead of logging into Wifi. That works too.
