Hi

I am setting up a blog and I have a an article rewriting software that chances the code format of the text.

When put into a copyscape program it shows 99 to 100% unique content.

The articles are totally readable in fact they don't change other than the code formatting.

My questions is does Google see this as Unique content also?

I am new to the blogging idea so I thought I would ask those of you with blogging and content experience.

Kind Regards.

Pearse.

I am not too sure how Google sees it, but if someone else does the same thing with the same article, it may not work to your advantage. Why not just use the article as inspiration and rewrite it? It may take more time, but you will be sure that your content is good and will not get your site penalized.

Agreed. Better to take time to rewrite it than risking penalty.

That's an absolutely useless software because Google always convert your page content int raw text to inspect it. The only way to make your content unique is to spin it and with with your own unique phrases and/or paragraphs.

Articles can't be 100% unique, there are still combination of words which can pop-up in other texts, this is why I would doubt the quality of the program you're using. So, i don't think Google sees it as pure unique content. This is like, "100% my opinion"- every opinion is based on other opinion, so it by default can't be unique.

op, that is a very old tricky method. some plugins produce unique articles from copy content using shitty codes for search engine bots while visitors see them as normal text.

be careful. that will harm your site.

If I were you, I would take at least 3 articles about the subject, then study it, the write your own article. Ditch the software.

I've tried this method and I think it worked years ago but I think google caught on.

100% true.. i agree with your point.. So i have checked many article which i wrote in the past and ends up with the same..

Rewriting it is the best way to go. If you can not do this, then hire it out and have someone do it for you. Then you will have no worries about it.

I use my custom software (a little bit more complicate than the one you describe) to create tier2 and tier3 articles, for more than a year. More than 50% of this articles are indexed by *g00gl3*, no site penalized, and if you search sentence of this articles (5-7 words and up...) using Google, in most cases, the only result you get is this "spined' article.

For more than a month (40-45 days) now i use the same custom software to produce articles for blogspot, wordpress and tumplr blogs. The truth is that i use to add at least a 100% original sentence at the beginning of the article and sometimes i also add material at the end of the article. Also i change the "spin" algorithm to something even more complex and advance.
I don't pass this new original sentences from my software.
Until now in more than 200 articles *g00gl3* index almost 170 of them.
No penalize at all. I don't know if *g00gl3* consider this original or not but i can accomplish my goals which is feed with readable material 100's of blogs without spending a fortune on writers or spend hours writing. Also note that my goal is NOT to rank the blog itself but offer readable material to visitors (i use other ways to drive traffic, i don't wait to rank) and get a few backlinks for my main money sites.

Maybe tomorrow all my material will de-indexed and all my sites will be penalized, but until today and for more than a year it works. I hope this help.

Redo all your stuff, You can take help from various writing services across the forum!

There is no duplicate content penalty. You just have to link back to the original source and write a brief commentary.

The "duplicate content myth" is being perpetuated by SEO gurus and article writing services, because they are afraid of becoming obsolete.
