I believe that cost will be OK and You will be happy.

I suppose that i will be have problem with server CPU and memory and I want to use pakiets limit with time interval.
For example:
make one page for XXX hour (time interval different for pakiets).

Unfortunately it's not as good as YACG, which does all that and more plus it's free, open source and you host it yourself.
Host where run scg it's our, but if you make page you can download it and run in your host.

Sure it does, you can use any template you want. I could grab that template and make a site just like it with YACG and pull in thousands of pages of markov content on the same topic.
