Uninstalling App from phone without being detected by app stores

Hi all,

I've been playing around with publishing apps in the google play store and apple app store and I've been wondering - Is there a way to uninstall an app from the phone without the app stores detecting that the uninstall occured?

Would love to open a discussion about this with those who have experience!

PS: I don't know in what forum this topic falls into as there is no forum for app stores. So sorry if this was posted in the wrong topic
