And after I checked I found that the thread is deleted.

reports are one of many criteria we use when reviewing mod applications etc.

Usually this relates to either the thread being removed for a different reason OR the thread was already reported and was in the process of being cleared. Admittedly we could provide a better error message in this scenario. Thanks for reporting it. We will look into this.
