Unfollowing on pinterest

Hi, so ive been doing manual following for soon 2 months now, and i have now reached the pinterest limit of 50K on one of my users and closing in on 50K on another. So i am planing to use my bot to unfollow. So i wondered about the limits on unfollowing that you would consider safe.

About 50-100 user an hour or you'll be hit by their block for a time(for unfollowing to combat spammers).
