Hi,

What is the best way/tool to remove all the people I'm following and is not following me ?

try tweetattack its free . its good for unfollowing people who does not follow you back. i have tried it.

( i dont have any affiliation or whatsoever with this software, it is just that i found this a good tool for unfollowing. )

+1 for tweetattack free version. Its not like the full version, but its perfect for follow/unfollow tasks. Also you can use the option: "Unfollow users followed at least xxx days ago", which is very important in my opinion. Take a look.

Don't use TweetAttacks. People report that thay got banned for unfollowing. Use
