Unfollow limits

I have 4 month old account.
Follow 450-500 daily.
How many unfollow should i make per day?

My account is less than a month old and i do more than 500 follows daily same with the unfollow (not the same day). I just do 60-80 per hour not all together and i haven't even got verification yet or temp block!
