What is the best method in unfollowing? I'm using FL. I've resorted to even a 125+ second delay between each unfollow and I still get captcha'd constantly. Mind you this is also an aged account. I run the bot at different times, 3-4 minute break between each 20-40 unfollows. So maybe a total of 300 unfollows a day, if that. Any help or suggestions? I feel following is pointless if it's this painful of a process to unfollow eventually.

The FL bot probably leaves footprints which IG has detected. There are many common flaws in popular bots. They don't send certain data in headers and get flagged easily, so it's not just a matter of timeout.

How many different actions are you doing on this acc?
Example: are you liking, commenting, unfollowing, etc at the same time?

Have you tried not running your bot for a couple of days?

50% of the time this solves my problem.

Only running unfollow, no other actions at the same time. I've stopped the bot for 24 hours, but not more than that. Maybe I'll try a couple days and see how that goes.

I created an iMacro for unfollowing. Did about 500 per day no problem...
