Well, They said in a video to select "Public IP" only in setting, untick local ip. you may try that.

The purpose of anti detect browsers is to distinguish between multiple tabs and browsers without leaving any footprint to other browser.
As for the proxy detection it depends on that as well what type of proxy are you going to use and for what purose with that anti detect browser.
