Understanding how social media influences websites

I am super slow on trends, being said I understand now that facebook and Youtube have a effect on websites branding, entity or topical authoirty for rankings. Does anyone have a simple strategy they follow long term? I generate a mix of real post and canva junk to buffer when i have nothing new that is real.

I am mainly speaking about these 2 platforms and how it relates to the website and builds on entity trust brand.

Linkedin and other website( not just the links but even the mention of the name) too have an effect to the EEAT. Ditch canva to buffer, instead use a social plugin to auto post updates directly from website to various social profile.
