I’m looking at cryptocurrency strictly from a buyer’s perspective and trying to better understand how people approach this space before committing any funds. With so much information available, it’s often difficult to separate useful insights from speculation, hype, or overly technical explanations.
I’m interested in learning how buyers generally evaluate projects, platforms, and ecosystems in a more grounded way things like transparency, long-term viability, risk factors, and overall use cases. Not looking for shortcuts or quick gains, but rather how people form a clear framework for decision-making in such a volatile and fast-moving environment.

Any general perspectives on how buyers approach learning and risk assessment in crypto would be helpful.

Most people who buy cryptocurrency do so because they heard somewhere that Bitcoin has grown in value and is continuing to grow, without any analysis, purely based on hearsay.
