UndergroundPrivate.com bad experience

Today I registered with UndergroundPrivate.com and create a shared hosting account with them. I paid and my account was activated but guess what? their nameservers are down. They are not even pinging.
I created a support ticket, but still not yet answered.

I don't no about their VPS/Server service, but think twice if you gonna buy their shared hosting service. Even if they fix this issue, think how terrible it is to down nameservers.

any reply by the admin staff ? please keep us updated whats happening there. as i was going to check that host too but stopped due to your comment .

I have mixed type experience.
some times they are responded within minutes.
some times take hours. more than 8 hrs.

their servers are speed anyway. so you will not have smooth experience with them. you'll have mix type experience.

Never heard of this hosting before dont get why people go with hosting providers wich are unheard of

I mean there are other reputed ones around like A2, Namecheap for starters and still people will...
