Hey guys, I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to complain.
First, 3 months ago I didn't have any experience with VPS, so I looked for a managed VPS, and I got a lot of good recommendations about Undergroundprivate regarding offshore hosting.
I'm not complaining about undergroundprivate in dealing with offshore thing and so on because I've never dealt with these things.
it's just that I got very unsatisfactory service from them, they answered arrogantly and quickly deleted the message, I tried my best to respond properly because I had already paid for the service provided and I was afraid that I would not be getting the service and refunded at that time.
running after I used the vps, I learned a little about VPS and I can manage my own server using other hosting, in checking the hard disk provided does not match with advertised (VPS plan 1 Russia), I only get 20GB hard drive instead of 40GB from what is advertised, you guys can ignore this as I don't remember where i keep this evidence but I'm sure of this.
and currently my service has been deactivated before the due time, I did choose not to continue this service because I often experience error 502 when I post on the wordpress dashboard, but I choose to disable it on the due date instead of Immediately (there's option about this).
I do not incite you guys to not to use their services, I am sure many people are also satisfied with the services provided.
I just want to convey my complaint so that those of you who are new and need vps hosting can consider my complaint.
