hello
i purchased a VPS offshore plan from Undergroundprivate, i paid by paypal and status is still dhowing pending. they are not replying on Skype and they deleted my tickets.

what could be the reason for status pending?

If you paid with paypal, just ask for a refund if you're not happy

You can do one think, you should ask to their service person they might help in getting your balance.
