Underground PPI company? WTF!

I just got a message from a guy on skype not sure if he is on BHW but he added me a while ago and we talked mostly about sharecash and PPD stuff.

Since then we both moved to PPI, but out of the blue he messages me this:

"Underground PPI company, $2 per install, to join just type 80e1e5fa-ef9c-43d7-8360-3044f6e6182e into google. Your not stupid, You'll figure it out."

Is he trying to scam me? I googled it but nothing came up :/

The site is http://netcashrevenue.com [no affiliate link]. What is underground about them?

Just tested this network,it seems that they have amonetize low conversions and revenyou low rates combined.
