Under paid by facebook for ad breaks

Hi guys so Feb 2021 we made $35k but was only paid $20k March we was under paid $2k and April under paid $1k so at the moment facebook has under paid me $18k.
I have been doing ad breaks for nearly 3 years and have never been under paid has anyone else been under paid lately by facebook and if so have you now been paid it yet or are you still waiting for it and if you are waiting have you had any luck with the payment team on finding out what is going on? I have messaged them a number of times since March and get told the same thing its being looked in too.
we have not had any claims on the videos as we own the copyright on them all
