(Under Attack) Spam?

Hello,

Lately I was monitoring my backlinks today and found some one who is spamming with my website's link :/
he created almost 300 backlinks with bad keywords, it will harm my SEO efforts?
how can I prevent my website from being damage?

Only thing you can do is use the disavow tool (placebo) and pray your site doesn't tank.

If possible I'd try to grab some high authority links and just try to hang on.
