Under 18 monetization problem

few days back I created brilliant but very simple youtube method for getting lot of conversions from CPA.

BUT,there is always something in my way.This time it was the fact that CPA networks ask for tax ID witch I cant provide,cause I am only 14 and my dad would kill me if I asked for it(maybe he would not but he would think I am crazy).

So I wanted to ask what are the CPA networks that do not require:

1)Copy of personal documentation
2)Tax or any ID that I can not obtain?

Also is there any method that can earn me about 10$ a day aside from CPA?

I'm following this thread, I need that answer as well.. I'm from Belgium and most CPA are US.

Well country you are from doesnt really matter as long as you promote right offers.But real problem is to get in to these damn networks.

I dont get it why they just dont give a shot to everyone

Normally it's no problem.. I mean I have never faxed a ID before i reach xy in earnings, they requested it on a few networks but it's easy to talk away.
So my suggestion is simple, make bank, get a check (quite popular for some reason with us networks to verify adresses and such i guess?)

Once you have the check your father should be fine with helping you?
My cousin was under 18 and his dad actually made a paypal acc, and so on for him for his internet ventures.
