@dbmediall - don't forget the blog posts and high quantity blasts is just to Add to the juice already gained when u ranked for Google..
 
I rank for a very good term in bing and it makes me good money. As long as the keyword has decent searches, bing and yahoo ranking definetely worth it. Never knew the bing webmaster thing though. Off to taste that. :)
 
Yes go to diagnostics in bing webmasters and select "fetchbot" will go an crawl your site and make sure it's indexed all ok.
 
I had one site that wasn't ranking in yahoo and bing. I've heard they like to crawl your site through your rss feed - don't know if it's true or not. I thought it couldn't hurt and checked the site and found out the rss feed wasn't working. After I fixed it, I started to see rankings.
