Hey guys adwords have banned my site. when ever i open an account and add ads for my site seocashin.com it gets banned and when i asked google they r not giving me any reasons. they r just telling that i cant advertise my site! i have everything in my site, tos, privacy policy and everything! Need some suggestions!

lol, Your clearly violating their Terms.
Do you think having words like "Google" "adsense" will gets your ads approved!!!!

i asked them that i am selling it and they said this site can never be advertised in adwords. and they will suspend accounts if they do so
 
if they banned your site once. Dont add it get a new domain bro that domain is blacklisted permantely from running on their network. On top of that you aren't really giving your potential adwords viewer's information about what it is your selling you are only showing pictures. You need to give them something. Google is requiring this from all site's. SO you need way more content bro and explaining how things works and how beneficial it is to them. On top of that You can't advertise anything that deals with adsense on adwords.

I mailed them again and asked abt problem (mailed them 3 times with same question..) they said i don have problem with my site but with my account as i used voucher and VCC. I am planning to get a new domain and start over.
 
Once you are banned,never dream to advertise the same site again!
 
How many times have you created a new adwords account using the same domain?
 
use other domain and redirect it to your own website.
