Unbanning a site with Google

I tend to believe that once a site is banned in G then it will not be indexed again unless you are sucessful with a re-inclusion request. I wish it wasn't the case bacause I have quite a few banned sites, probably banned for keyword stuffing. I've tried all sorts of thing with no sucess.

One site, for instance, banned in G has 130,000+ pages and 30,000+ backlinks in Y

well it looks like this could be one hell of a long test

Day 3 before i go to work i have been getting about 20 unique hits a day at the moment probably our forum members , i am building up about ten links a day to see if this helps , i suppose more would make it look fishy in the eyes of google , if any of the guys are good at web design , some ideas on how to make the site more searchable would be interesting to know , see you all later , ps thanks for all the help , i love my forum

My last post on this issue.
antx16 you are a VIP so you are privy to some of the "better" info yea.
I have read a few of your previous posts and you are obviously wise to such things.
My question is why is this thread alive. To scam noobs is what my head/heart is telling me.
If im wrong then i really am sorry but couldn't any of the "VIP'S" help you far better than any noob.
Well sorry to any new members, not saying you dont know because you well may, but generally the senior members here are pretty wise to such things.
Im just really thrown by this. Multiple posts of your address uncoded where its obvious why it was done. Requests for backlinks without even the suggestions of a return favor at least.
Like i said im really thrown on this. Really fells like the "non" VIP are now the lambs.
I will no doubt get into trouble for this post and a few of the last ones but i just feel it needs to be out there. If im wrong then i deserve whats coming to me but i thing i are not.

There's no content or active links ON your site that I could see. How could you possibly be of any value to Google? Backlinks are not the answer alone. Also, how can a VIP not know about Google's Webmaster Tools' Request reconsideration form? There is a very simple form to fill out to have your site re-indexed if, in fact, it has value to the corpus and isn't breaking any of Google's rules explicitly. You just have to explain yourself.

In my experience the "Request reconsideration" can take a while (2 weeks+) if the site is not receiving high traffic when it's sandboxed.

Yep i agree with you on that point but the test i am trying is to see if we can accelerate that a little , today i have taken some info from a site related to mine translated it from English to Portuguese to see if Google picks this up as fresh content , and spiders it

As mentioned above in a post, if a site is banned from google, it is almost impossible to get it unbanned. You can do the inclusion request and all that, at the end of the day you will be very lucky if site gets unbanned. I have truckload of domains banned by google. Some of them are 10 year old domains used to have PR 7 before ban, but once they got banned (3 year back) does not matter what you do with ur site, it will always remain banned.

I'm afraid nitin22 may be correct. I think it's time to put this test to an end.

About 4 years ago i got a site of mine banned by google.
I put keywords in background with same color.
Obviously a silly thing but i was learning.
Anyhow the site got unbanned in about 2 months without me doing anything except removing the hidden keywords.
Food for thought.

Yeah. I've never personally had a site banned, but I've had to request reconsideration for clients on a number of occasions after BS blackhats got them banned. Didn't matter how long or what they'd been banned, it generally got worked out pretty quickly.

It's in Google's best interest to have as many legit sites in its corpus as it can possibly handle. It is not in Google's best interest to allow obvious spam/crap content to be re-indexed. Take that into consideration.

All points taken on board guys i will just follow my site and later if anything changes i will inform the forum , this is my last post on this subject thanks to all and Essential Clix for the help

Was that an actual ban or the -950 penalty? My experience has been that short of divine intervention, a site banned for 130,000 doorway pages will NEVER be reincluded.

Could well have been. To be honest at that time it was my first website i made and was testing things. The site had been listed well for 6 months or so and after the hidden text it vanished. I got rid of the hidden text and it did get re listed some time later, about 2 months.
But thats as much as i know on that. I was really new to seo period and just experimenting.
It was a worthless site with only 5 pages or so. I understand what you are saying a full blown ban is a different kettle of fish.
Hope i never get one of those then.

Try adding all new content (original content with no ads), new template, change the whois and change the server it's hosted on, then try to ask google for re-inclusion. Tell them you are the new owner and you don't know why your site seems to be banned from the indexes. If you play your cards right you should be back in a week or two. Also continue building the ten new links per day. Once you're re-indexed you can put ads up and do anything else you want.

For some reason people think having adsense on their site helps them get indexed, so far I haven't seen any evidence of that. I've had plenty of banned sites still displaying adsense and it didn't do anything for re-indexing.

I have successfully gotten several sites unbanned though. It does take a while. It could be two days, it could be six months. If you value your domain it's worth it.

Hey neat reply dude. I?m one of those persons that believe adsense has something to do with indexing. When I first started one of my forums I added adsense but have not yet promoted it or had any backlinks or even place it anywhere. Within a few hours I had G bot browsing my forum and within a few days I was indexed. I don?t know if there are any truths in this but I?m positive that it does happen. I didn?t have any forum member and didn?t do any promotion at that time.

yep good shout buddy i suppose i do value this site and i will give it a shot , good write up on your behalf , rep given

I believe it's possible adsense may have some very slight effect on being spidered, but not much. But sites with adsense still get banned. Also if you use the same adsense account on a number of sites it's really telling G that the're related, if they ban one they've go a handy list of other sites to put in their 'suspect' list.

Ok guys good news for all my site has been unbanned , the way i done it was remove my old site template , install Joomla and i put up about ten really good unique articles , well the site was back in five days , hope this helps you guys
