Unauthorized payment Chargeback :'(

Wow sounds like he owes a lot of people on this forum money. I would notify him that you are going to do negative SEO to all of his videos. Whenever I get scammed, i make a folder on my desktop, and I gather as much information on them as possible, and I keep trying to reach them. Don't threaten him, but send him emails, letters, and call him. be persistent. Ill flag his account and videos as well.

Unfortunately, paypal favors the buyers, so there is really no chance that you will win the dispute.

Had chargebacks as well, unfortunately there is nothing you can do than cut your losses man.
 
PayPal isn't really at fault here. It's ultimately the banks decision.

Its a question out of curiosity since I never used 2co but how are they better than PayPal on the chargeback sense if the user chargeback at credit card company ?

2checkout are same as paypal when it come to chargback..I have never won chargeback case, You can win "DISPUTE" But its impossible to win charback

recently i also face same problem.One client made charge back after i complete the work. Client is not from bhw. She purchased 2000 Australia fans from my website. Then i have gathered 2000 Australia fans for her fan page. Just after work complete she made chargeback in paypal. What i can do?

Here we go again with misinformation.

PayPal;s buyer protection does not cover digital goods - so the seller always wins.

But you have to escalate to a claim and indicate digital goods. Make sure you put the download link in the comments section.

I have NEVER in almost six years lost a dispute as a seller!
