This is really bad.. I too have had bad experience of about $3k (single client), after 3 - 4 months. He claimed for charge back 
I submitted all the proof's to Paypal, but charge back always wins over paypal.
This is not the Good business, If everyone started doing like this then how can run business with trust ?
Don't just leave the fuck**n scammer's.. Blackmail him that his website will get adult views or red-rects to porn sites or negative SEO like that!

I think you have the option to prove that you have deliver your job so that's what you should do, however i'm not sure if selling views is legit transaction on PayPal or not.

It is really hard to fight with chargebacks, especially when dealing with virtual goods. I suggest take the lowest quality views you can get, mobile and full bots and blast the videos as much as you can. If he has Ad***** blast it with clickbombs from obvious proxies and see him go down in flames. If he asks you to stop and agrees to cancel the chargeback/refund it be sure to charge him extra 1k $

its not issue of GayPal, but issue from CARD Company, if GayPal Can't get paid how can he pay to his customers/You! this client is a bitch!

But I already delivered the views. Since March/6. And today I got this.
unfortunately there are so many people out there that want everything for free, they will do anything to find a way.

I got this a month ago via limit.PayPal is a GOD of payment gateway.
Get revenge on the f*cker. He paid for a service; you delivered the service. If he had a problem with the quality of your views or whatever, then he should've dealt with you directly. He's a scammer trying to get something for nothing. Teach him a lesson -- and others, as well. Make an example out of him. Use your imagination!
