Any one had an unauthorized charge from The Link Juicer?

I started my 1-month free trial on 18th September 2009. I was told that I will only be charged on 18th October 2009.

Just a few minutes ago, I received an e-mail from paypal that I was charged $47 from thelinkjuicer or (rocheo.com or something).

I immediately filed a dispute for this, not because I'm an asshole who wants free trial only.. but I did not have ANY results with TheLinkJuicer and I was planning to cancel my subscription just a few days later.

Any one got an unauthorized charge from TLJ too?

I was just about to subscribe but now I have my doubts. Is it their common practice to act like this or was it only a mistake? Did this happen to anyone else?

    Lol, you know what?

You should have emailed the admin there. He's very good at replying and solving issues promptly. He should take care of this.

Did you read the agreement before hitting "Pay now" button on Paypal on Sept 18?

As far as I know, it should have said something like "Free 30 days trial and then $47/month starting on Oct 18"

Paypal rules are usually quite clear about the details. BUT, if the wording was different and you clicked on it and accepted the tearms, it's something else...

But it shoudl be easy to solve with PP.

P.S. And a reminder, always copy the sales offer when you buy something. I always have a copy just in case, and it helped me a few times...

Oh yes, Voxclan. I remember the terms clearly.

Also, when I log in to TLJ and to my "Account Details", I recall VIVIDLY that the website state the subscription ends at 18 Sep.

Anyway, I've already got my refund back from Paypal. Kinda fast, I have to say. I submit a dispute and got the refund within 30-40 minutes later.
