Did you get this error after adding a payment card? This error is almost impossible to fix, you should replace a new account

What appears to you when verifying? It all depends on the reason why you were restricted primarily, was it when linking the card or did you use some third party program, use of VPN?

Sorry to hear that! If authentication keeps failing, try clearing your cache or switching devices/browsers. Also, make sure your details match exactly. If the issue persists, contact support directly
they may need to verify you manually.

happens when fb blocks the verify flow, often device or ip issue. try clean setup with matching info, if still stuck contact meta support. does it happen on all bms or just this one?

What appears during your verification process largely depends on the initial reason for the restriction. Was it when you linked a payment card, or did it happen because you used a third-party program or a VPN? If the error appeared right after you added a payment card, it's often nearly impossible to fix. In this case, creating a new account is usually the best solution.

yes, this is also quite strange when on the same BM, there is no problem if there is an account with the same id.
With Facebook Ads, the best move is to appeal through the Account Quality page or contact Business Support if available. Make sure your ID and billing details match perfectly, and don’t use VPNs. If appeals keep failing, the account may not come back in that case, it’s better to set up a fresh Business Manager with clean details and a verified payment method

It's hard to tell when you only show us this. About your question, if you have enough needed information, let contact FB support team (I prefer in English), they will help you out.

like this your account has been disabled. You can appeal the account in 2 ways: one is to appeal by the appeal button, two is to appeal through Facebook support department.

If verification isn’t successful, try switching devices or browsers, clearing your cache, making sure your details match exactly, and contacting Facebook support; if it still fails, you may need to create a new ad account.

It's either your set-up or your activity that looks suspicious. Sometimes the account gets restricted right away, other times it happens after a few actions, it’s just how sensitive their checks are now. I don't think you can get it back. You just have to start fresh. Make sure nothing will be linked on the account that was restricted.

I use VPN. After one night of sleep it suddenly appeared. When doing the verification they asked to send business documents. But when sending it back it couldn't be sent. I don't know what the error is here.

you can try again from your mobile, some features work better there

I also encountered this Unable to verify account error, the account was suspended at the verification step even though I tried many ways but still could not solve it, so I understand the uncomfortable feeling when encountering this situation.

This may be caused by your advertising violations. The fastest way is to change a new account

Thanks for explaining. I'll be more careful with payment cards and avoid any third-party tools or VPNs moving forward

If your problem isn't solved yet, I will suggest you to move on to a new account and use a better payment gateyway or card.
