Unable to use Instagram?

My gf manages several IG accounts, but as of a few days ago she's unable to use IG.
Her phone and laptop are unable to connect, even though her internet is fine.
Tried on my phone, and I'm having the same issue, I'm unable to see or do anything on IG.

Anyone have this issue or a solution?

Is that a fake account or using any proxy?
FB / Instagram is very strict in these days. So be careful
 
This happened with Facebook in January; can't say that the algorithms are okay now. Remember, FB owns IG. If you do something they think is illegal, say goodbye to your accounts.
 
Yeah I litterally had to make someone else make an account for me to access after selling several Instagram accounts because it would not let me sign into any other account I made.
 
Check your id valid or not. check Internet connection speed. some times its suck in loading.

The thing is. It asks for a phone number to send a code to verify if its a not or not.. I accidentally blocked the Instagram phone number
