Unable to start a private conversation

For some unknown reason I'm not able to start a private conversation (thread). I don't see an option to start one. Is there a PM limit for newbies? or is this happening only to me?

All I have is just 21 conversations, I don't think such small number would be a limit for newbie accounts. TIA.

Thanks BigBuddy for the quick response. I was able to PM a couple of people recently, how come I was not able to do it now?

It wasn't just people PM spamming other members, but quite a few people would also join the forum and create 15 junk posts/threads just to PM people. It's considered post count inflation here.

3.5 engaging in post count inflation by posting excessive amounts of short replies for the sole purpose of inflating your post count. This includes the infamous “thanks for the share.” . (If you’d like to say “thanks” to someone for their effort/contribution, make use of the Thanks button).

It sucks now because I can't pm, but once I have 50 posts I will think its a great idea. :)

50 posts is not that hard to reach, just post helpful suggestions.

the ones say :-( don't have 50 post yet and the guys say :-) thank God i go 50 posts lol, overall whatever is gonna make BHW cleaner and safer is good news, p.s thanks BHW for the mobile platform(responsive)
 
I have far more than 50 posts, why has my access been removed?
 
This was driving me nuts, I was spending so much time looking for the button lol
 
Someday maybe I will have 50 posts. I just find it hard to come up with that many valuable things to post... :(

whats more annoying is u bumped a thread from 2016 to add 4 bloody words.
if u cant make 15 posts in 4 and a half years u get no bloody sympathy from me
fck i do 20-30 posts a day and your frustrated , who gives a sht.
