Hi

iam having an usa paypal and having some money in it

I tried to send money to other paypal and it shows "its unable to send your payment right now"

kindly help me how to solve it

Yes.. its a verified paypal.. i had tried with indian ip for 2 months to login.. and this is the first time im using it to send money.. so we need to use usa ip for sending money?
