Very common. It's just because the advertiser's site has been marked for spam and they are too damn cheap to change domains every day.

just disable your antivirus, add an exception or (if you're paranoid - which might be a good thing) only access the site through a virtual machine.
This is of course a problem if your traffic will be met with the same message :/ it would probably be possible to set up a script using the CSS-hack to check if a user has specific antivirus programs installed, and if they do, send them to another site that won't trigger them.

that mean all their offers have been marked for spam as i got the same result on all the offers i tried promotig.
