Do I need any premium badge to post any Joint Venture Request?
I am in serious joint venture need.

Nope they get under moderation and after that they will be posted so wait for a while or Message Apricot or any mod and they will help you.

Yes agreed, just read tos that your JV requests get Mod approval.
